Freddo is right, put each decent sized potato into your microwave for approx. 5 minutes each. I always pop mine into the oven to crisp up but you could do an experiment and try your airfryer for a minute or two.

A microwave steams food so that is how your potato will be cooked. It is vital to dry and crisp up if you want a delicious, flowery potato

You could also try peeling a couple of potatoes , wash and cut into 4, boil for 5/10 minutes with some salt in the water. Drain well and put back onto the hob to allow the potatoes to dry completely. Now, pop into your air fryer and you will have delicious roast potatoes.

Please let us know how successful you are. Good cooking.

You`re welcome Fred.
We`ve got an Actifry 2 in 1 and there isn`t much that you can`t cook in it.
Sometimes you have to forego a little taste for time, mess and inconvenience......but.
